Shipping Within Canada and USA

We currently ship to all provinces and states to Canada and USA  via Canada Post.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Once shipped via Canada Post:

• Within Canada: 1–7 business days (Expedited)

• USA: 4–10 business days

• International: 6–10 business days

All orders are shipped using live rates by  a 3PL Provider

Note: Delivery times do not include processing time. Custom products may extend shipping times slightly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

If this happens:

• Contact the shipping provider with your tracking number.

• Email us at support@notesandpals.com within 7 days of delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping by request. For inquiries, email us for a custom quote.
Note: Import taxes, customs duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
